Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mail boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mail accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box you want to redirect mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
